Hamilton (Building Contractors) Ltd is one of the largest and longest-standing specialist facade contractors in the UK, working as both main contractor and subcontractor on a wide range of high profile projects. We are looking for a passionate, hard working and experienced marketing executive to join us during a period of rapid growth as we celebrate 30 years of leading the way for quality and service.
This is an exciting and dynamic role spanning all areas of marketing communications. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience across a broad remit, supporting the team and working with external agencies to deliver lead-focussed campaigns and initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative in-house marketing committee that includes senior leadership and support staff as well as our external marketing agency.
Working from our Northern office in Baildon, West Yorkshire, you will travel nationwide visiting project sites across the country to interview staff, document progress and create compelling narratives for a wide range of platforms. Our business is powered by an amazing team of experienced and dedicated professionals who bring passion and expertise to everything they do. Their commitment to excellence and focus on delivering results are the driving forces behind our success.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a consistent brand message and visual identity across all channels
- Implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Oversee updates to the website, SEO, social media (organic & paid), email campaigns and content creation (blogs, case studies).
- Oversee production of brochures, presentations, site plans and promotional items to ensure brand consistency.
- Work closely with all internal and external teams
- UK wide travel to gather information and photography on key projects
- Educated to degree level
- 3 yearsβ experience in a multi-disciplined marketing role ideally in construction, property development or related B2B sectors
- Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills (MS office)
- A can-do attitude, team spirit and a strong desire to learn new skills
- Construction industry experience would be an advantage.
- Salary Β£35,000 - Β£45,000 PA depending on experience
