What we do: As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $145.6B in discretionary assets under management and $859.8B in non-discretionary assets under management, as of September 30, 2025.

The Opportunity: As a member of the Client Solutions Team, you will assist in supporting our EMEA‑based clients by working closely with Client Relationship Managers on client deliverables and projects, while gaining regular exposure to the investment team.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to support our EMEA‑based clients.
  • Support pipeline calls, presentations, and portfolio development tasks.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of assigned client portfolios and the underlying investments.
  • Extract information from General Partners to prepare regular portfolio performance analyses and activity updates.
  • Assist with client portfolio development, including running pacing models, responding to allocation decisions, and preparing strategic plans.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc client questions and special requests.
  • Assist in the review of quarterly reports for clients.
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of HL technology tools to aggregate and present information needed for client deliverables.
  • Engage with internal departments to aggregate information needed to help prepare client deliverables.
  • Assist with other duties and special projects (including business development requests) as needed.

Your background will include:

  • University degree.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in financial services; private markets experience advantageous but not required.
  • Capacity to learn, absorb, and analyse information quickly.
  • Strong analytical and data‑processing skills; experience in an operations back‑ or middle‑office role is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and organised.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Travel Requirements: As required.
