Established almost 40 years ago, HIPY is a Youth Information Project based in Hamilton. Our aim is to help young people make informed choices relevant to their needs and interests. This is achieved in a variety of ways including groups, workshops and events.
We are looking to expand our team by recruiting 2 sessional youth workers to support delivery of the project’s charitable aims to provide information, advice and group work opportunities to young people aged 8 -25 years in the Hamilton area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people, and is eager, enthusiastic and creative. You will use a Youth Work approach and have experience of building positive relationships with a diverse range of young people, helping them build their skills and confidence. If you are up for the challenge and would like to work with a dynamic team, Please note evening and weekend work will be required.
