We are working with a fast-growing international eCommerce business to recruit a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition activity across Google and Meta. The company operates globally and manages a substantial digital advertising budget across multiple online platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on analysing performance, optimising campaigns and scaling customer acquisition.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth through data-driven paid media campaigns.
The Role
You will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, supporting the growth of two established eCommerce platforms and a large online product catalogue. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Running and scaling Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Managing and optimising a six-figure monthly paid media budget
- Monitoring performance against key KPIs including ROAS, CPA and overall marketing efficiency
- Running A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages
- Analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Scaling successful campaigns while improving marketing efficiency
- Collaborating with internal marketing and data teams to align campaigns with wider business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience running Meta / Facebook Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
- Experience working within an eCommerce environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
