The Opportunity

We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our client’s Intelligent Document Management portfolio. You’ll be focusing on organisations across the North of England and the Midlands, leveraging a broad customer base and helping businesses transform their document processes, enhance data security, and optimise workflows through cutting-edge document management and automation solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on recurring revenue within Intelligent Document Management solutions

  • Capitalising on an extensive pool of existing customers and warm referrals while driving new business development

  • Delivering impactful demonstrations, proof of concepts, and constructing compelling ROI-based business cases

Who You Are:

  • North of England or Midlands based
  • A proven new business sales hunter in Intelligent Document Management, Content Services, ECM, or Digital Transformation
  • Experienced in selling complex software and services to mid and large enterprise organisations
  • Confident engaging C-level stakeholders across multiple departments including IT, Finance, Operations, and Compliance
  • Commercially sharp, consultative, and solution-led with strong closing and negotiation skills
