Slay Glasgow is on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Venue Manager who is ready to take the next step into the events industry. We are proud to be a part of the Glasgow music scene, delivering high energy events and maintaining strong relationships with the promoters and event managers we’ve worked with for 5 years now!

What You’ll Do:- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring the promoters requirements are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage venue staff, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision to uphold service standards.
- Maintain the venue’s appearance, safety standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle enquiries and complaints promptly.
- Stock control and management.
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent guest service skills with a professional demeanour and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to a licenced premises.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive working environment.
