Your Role
As a Registered Nurse with Roseberry Care, you'll be a key part of our care team, bringing leadership, clinical excellence, and genuine compassion to everything you do. Having recently obtained a Good CQC Rating, we are looking for the right team player to help us continue to grow and build on this.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Safely administering and recording prescribed medication
- Leading care teams and supporting junior staff
- Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans
- Monitoring residents’ well-being, mobility, nutrition, and needs
- Communicating openly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring top standards of care and compliance are always met
