Location: Norbury Court, Devon Road off Barnsley Road Sheffield S4 7AJ

Hours: 44 Hours Per Week

About Us: With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents - offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home.
  • Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.
  • Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role).
  • A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable.
  • Level 3 In Adult Social Care.
