What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home.
- Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards.
- Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.
- Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role).
- A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit.
- Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable.
- Level 3 In Adult Social Care.
