Your Role
As a Care Assistant you will support our residents in their day-to-day lives including providing personal care, social activities, and meals times to promote independence and maximise their quality of life.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Offer companionship and a friendly presence
- Support mental and emotional well-being
- Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition
- Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
- Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
