Temporary Full-Time Appointment (initially 6 Weeks). We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Music on a full-time supply basis initially for a period of six weeks, commencing immediately following the October break. The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward-thinking department and will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Music lessons across our school. They will support and actively promote the Christian ethos of Hamilton College, embedding our values into everyday classroom practice and relationships. We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who can foster a love of music, encourage participation and achievement, and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school during their time with us. The ideal candidate will possess excellent subject knowledge, high expectations for all pupils, and the ability to build positive relationships within a busy and vibrant school community. They will be able to engage and inspire our Nursery, Junior, and Senior pupils through a commitment to high quality teaching, learning and musical activities. We are looking for a teacher who: Is passionate about Music and inspiring young people. Is an effective and engaging classroom practitioner. Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour. Is flexible, adaptable, and able to integrate quickly into an established team. Will contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
