The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer – a hands‑on design thinker and inspiring leader who can guide our creative team in delivering design excellence across all projects. You will play a key role in defining and maintaining HB’s design standards, ensuring every output embodies creativity, craft, and clarity. The ideal candidate will have deep B2B agency experience, strong conceptual ability, and a refined understanding of how design brings business strategy and storytelling to life across multiple touchpoints – from brand identity to digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and visual design direction across branding, digital, and content projects.
  • Work closely with the Design Lead and Creative Director to evolve the agency’s visual language and creative standards.
  • Mentor and inspire designers to push boundaries while delivering world‑class quality.
  • Translate client briefs and strategies into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and differentiation.
  • Oversee design quality across pitches, campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to ensure creative cohesion and conceptual integrity.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and tools to keep the agency’s creative offering progressive and relevant.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a creative or digital agency, ideally with B2B brand clients.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in brand identity, digital design, and integrated campaigns.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience mentoring and leading creative teams.
  • Confident in presenting work internally and externally, with a collaborative and solution‑driven mindset.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Passion for blending creativity and strategy to solve complex business challenges through design.
