The Opportunity
We’re now looking for a driven, connected, and entrepreneurial Chartered Surveyor to help us expand our lending network and origination pipeline across the UK and Europe.
This is an opportunity to join a firm where your ideas matter, your relationships have impact, and your career can accelerate alongside an ambitious new platform that’s redefining real estate lending.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Real Estate Lending and senior HB leadership, helping to identify, structure, and originate new lending opportunities — with the support of an experienced analyst and investment team.
What You’ll Do
• Build and nurture a network of introducers, brokers, and property developers
• Identify and originate high-quality real estate lending opportunities
• Represent HB Real Estate Lending across industry events and social platforms
• Create compelling marketing and presentation materials that inspire confidence
• Manage a live deal pipeline and CRM, ensuring consistent engagement with stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership on underwriting priorities and investment decisions
• Organise exclusive round-table discussions and marketing events with HB investors and industry leaders
What You Bring
• A strong network in real estate finance — brokers, advisors, developers, and investors
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Strategic and commercial thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• A solid understanding of real estate lending fundamentals (underwriting, structuring, security)
• (Bonus) Part or fully qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS)
• (Bonus) Fluency in French
