• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Group CFO, contributing to high-level decision-making
What You’ll Bring to the Boardroom

• The ability to challenge and guide at board level with clarity and impact
• Strategic thinking around value creation, tech, operations, and exit planning
• A strong understanding of global growth, compliance, and finance best practice
This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class recruitment business at a pivotal moment in its journey. If you’re an experienced CFO/NED in the staffing industry and ready to play a key role in a high-value private equity story—we want to hear from you.
