Hamilton Bradshaw has recently invested in a high-performing, profitable DTC accessories brand, now entering a critical phase of scale. With over 2.5 million customers, £100m+ in cumulative revenue, and strong repeat purchasing at its core, this is a business that has already established product-market fit and brand resonance. We are now supporting the leadership team in building the next phase—transitioning from a high-performing Meta-led growth engine into a diversified, global, multi-channel platform.

The Mission: To scale a high-growth DTC brand from a Meta-heavy success story to a global, multi-channel powerhouse.

The Challenge: We’ve already disrupted the category. We’ve built a loyal community and a dominant presence on Meta. But we aren’t here to play it safe. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Growth Leader who views a successful campaign as just the starting point. We need someone to architect a new growth strategy that diversifies our footprint across digital and offline channels, optimises our D2C flywheel, and prepares us for a major omnichannel expansion into physical retail. If you are satisfied with “steady growth,” this isn’t the role for you.

  • Growth-First Responsibilities:
  • Aggressive Diversification: Break our reliance on Meta. Find, test, and scale the next big channels—TikTok, Pinterest, SEO, OOH, Direct Mail. Own the media mix and the ROI.
  • Daily Sales Ownership: You don’t just “look” at the numbers—you live them. Own daily and monthly sales targets with a relentless focus on delivery.
  • Hands-On Performance: Flat, fast business. You are the lead pilot. Comfortable jumping into ad accounts, adjusting bids, rewriting copy—whatever it takes to win.
  • Conversion Obsession: Own the website’s performance. Work with developers to turn it into a high-velocity conversion engine.
  • Performance Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: Build a performance-led ecosystem focused on new customer acquisition and high-quality, authentic content.
  • Holistic Brand Power: Lead creative, photoshoots, and PR. Understand that brand strength directly drives performance efficiency.
  • Scaling the Team: Mentor the current team and hire what’s needed to support global expansion.

Who You Are: The D2C Growth Specialist

  • The Geeky Strategist: You love the data. You understand attribution models inside out and make decisions based on evidence.
  • The Interlinked Thinker: You know how a PR headline in the morning affects CPMs in the afternoon. You see the full system.
  • A High-Velocity Doer: You move fast. Decide, test, learn, iterate.
  • Quietly Ambitious: You don’t need noise or titles—you care about moving the numbers.

The Advantage: Backed by Hamilton Bradshaw: Clear mandate, strong support, and a focus on value creation. Autonomy: No red tape. If it drives growth, do it. Fully Remote: Built for output, not presenteeism. Benefits: Private healthcare, dental, pension, plus the opportunity to lead growth for a scaled consumer brand.

If you are motivated by building—not maintaining—and want to lead the next phase of growth for a proven DTC platform, this is a rare opportunity to do so with both pace and backing.
