What We’re Looking For: Proven Leadership – Minimum 10 years’ experience driving a service-led business to success. Sales & Growth Focus – A front-line sales originator with a strong track record in business development. Strategic Management – Ability to lead, inspire, and win the hearts and minds of your teams. Commercial & Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and growth strategy . Talent Attraction – A history of building high-performing teams .
