With approximately 22 active portfolio investments and a disciplined investment strategy of completing 1–2 new acquisitions annually, alongside 1–2 successful exits per year, the business continues to enjoy sustained growth and performance.

The Opportunity
We are now seeking an experienced and commercially astute Non-Executive Director to work closely with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer on a strategic advisory basis. This role will involve approximately 2–3 days per month and offers the opportunity to contribute at board level across a diverse and high-performing investment portfolio. Key areas of involvement will include:
- Portfolio performance oversight
- Strategic guidance to portfolio leadership teams
- Supporting acquisition evaluations and investment decisions
- Advising on scaling strategies and operational improvement
- Assisting with exit preparation and value realisation
- Providing independent challenge, governance, and commercial insight
