Hamilton Bradshaw is the private investment office of James Caan, with over 20 years of investing across service-led businesses. The platform is built on a hands-on approach to value creation, combining capital with operational expertise to scale and transform businesses. We are now expanding this model into private credit.
The role (part-time) involves a 2 days per month commitment, working closely with our investment team to originate and shape opportunities. We are building a pipeline of bespoke financing opportunities, combining debt, equity, and active strategic support.
Key responsibilities:- Sourcing and originating private credit opportunities
- Structuring flexible financing solutions (e.g. senior debt, mezzanine, equity components)
- Working closely with the team on execution and deal management
- Supporting the growth of this strategy into a repeatable investment platform
- Strong background in private credit / direct lending
- Proven origination capability and network
- Experience structuring bespoke financing solutions
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, deal-led environment
