- £100m+ cumulative revenue
- Strong brand loyalty and repeat purchasing
- Significant international scaling potential
We are now looking for someone who has been there and done it — ideally from a recognised DTC or fashion ecommerce brand — to help accelerate growth and value creation.
The Role
This is not a ceremonial board role. We want a hands-on strategic thinker who can:

- Optimise customer acquisition economics and marketing ROI
- Support international expansion into new markets
- Help develop multi-channel retail partnerships
- Guide pricing, margin, and profitability strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and investors
The Ideal Candidate
You will likely have:
- Senior leadership experience in online retail, DTC, or fashion ecommerce
- Managed significant digital marketing budgets with measurable ROI
- Experience scaling brands internationally
- Strong commercial and financial understanding of ecommerce economics
- Operated in high-growth, founder-led, or private equity environments
- Board experience is welcome but not essential if you bring relevant scaling expertise.
Why This Role is Interesting
