The Role
We are seeking a highly connected, commercially astute Non-Executive Director to support relationship development and deal origination. This is a part-time role (c. 2 days per month) focused on expanding Hamilton Bradshaw’s network, maintaining key relationships, and generating high-quality deal flow. You will act as an ambassador for the firm, representing our investment approach externally and building relationships that lead to opportunities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, family offices, intermediaries, and advisors
- Attend meetings, events, and introductions on behalf of Hamilton Bradshaw
- Represent the firm credibly in external discussions
- Generate a consistent flow of relevant opportunities
- Identify and develop relationships with long-term potential
- Take a long-term view on relationship value rather than short-term transactions
- Provide insight on market trends and emerging opportunities
- Work with the deal team to transition relevant opportunities effectively
About You
- Well-connected across private equity, family offices, founders, or advisory ecosystems
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify relevant opportunities
- Credible at senior levels with excellent interpersonal skills
- Background in private equity, investment, entrepreneurship, or advisory
