If you’re someone who excels at building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities early, and creating commercial value, this is a rare chance to help shape the growth of one of the most exciting new lending platforms in real estate finance. While the role is primarily based in London, it also includes occasional travel to Monaco and the South of France to meet introducers, clients, and partners — adding a unique and highly attractive international dimension to the position. You’ll work directly with our Head of Real Estate Lending and senior HB leadership, originating high-quality transactions and building the network that powers the next chapter of our expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a trusted network of introducers, brokers, developers, and advisors
- Source and originate high-quality real estate lending opportunities
- Represent HB Real Estate Lending at industry events, meetings, and across social channels
- Create standout marketing materials, presentations, and borrower packs
- Manage and grow a healthy deal pipeline, maintaining consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leadership on underwriting priorities and deal structuring
- Host exclusive round-tables, investor briefings, and industry-focused events
What You Bring
- A strong and active network across real estate finance (brokers, developers, advisors, and investors)
- Proven ability to generate business, build relationships, and convert opportunities
- Confident communication style and excellent commercial judgement
- Understanding of property finance, lending structures, and deal processes
- Preferable but not essential: background as a Quantity Surveyor or experience in surveying (RICS part or fully qualified)
