The Mission: To scale a high-growth DTC brand from a Meta-heavy success story to a global, multi-channel powerhouse.

The Challenge: We’ve already disrupted the category. We’ve built a loyal community and a dominant presence on Meta. But we aren’t here to play it safe. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Growth Leader who views a successful campaign as just the starting point. We need someone to architect a new growth strategy that diversifies our footprint across digital and offline channels, optimises our D2C flywheel, and prepares us for a major omnichannel expansion into physical retail.   • Conversion Obsession: Own the website’s performance. Work with developers to turn it into a high-velocity conversion engine.
