Restaurant Duty Manager

Boyds Grill & Wine Bar is looking for a Duty Manager to join a growing team passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant with a historic Victorian interior.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing Rota’s
  • Managing service from top to bottom
  • Ensuring the team always deliver the highest possible levels of customer service
  • Overseeing stock levels and stock takes
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Ongoing training and management of team members

Qualifications

  • + 2 years’ experience at supervisor level
  • + 2 years floor experience
  • + 1 year Bar experience
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Ability to be a role model
  • Flexibility around working hours
