Boyds Grill & Wine Bar is looking for a Duty Manager to join a growing team passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant with a historic Victorian interior.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing Rota’s
- Managing service from top to bottom
- Ensuring the team always deliver the highest possible levels of customer service
- Overseeing stock levels and stock takes
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Ongoing training and management of team members
Qualifications
- + 2 years’ experience at supervisor level
- + 2 years floor experience
- + 1 year Bar experience
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to be a role model
- Flexibility around working hours
