We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie who wants more than just a job - you’ll be part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and progression.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Cooking and plating to a high standard alongside the Head Chef
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Solid all-round kitchen experience (2+ years preferred)
- Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for cooking and developing your craft
- Someone who leads by example and supports their team
- Flexibility to work in a busy, dynamic environment
