Boyd’s Grill & Wine Bar is at the heart of this vision - a stunning Central London restaurant set within a historic Victorian interior. We focus on seasonal British ingredients, paired with a carefully curated wine list, all delivered in a calm, professional kitchen environment.

We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie who wants more than just a job - you’ll be part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and progression.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running your own section with confidence and consistency
  • Cooking and plating to a high standard alongside the Head Chef
  • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • Solid all-round kitchen experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine passion for cooking and developing your craft
  • Someone who leads by example and supports their team
  • Flexibility to work in a busy, dynamic environment
