This is a career-building opportunity for a graduate or junior network engineer who wants to be part of a growing journey rather than just filling a seat. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Network Engineer, learning hands-on across real customer environments while building strong foundations in LAN, wireless, firewalls, and connectivity solutions. The focus is on development, exposure, and progression — not throwing you in at the deep end without support.

Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day BAU network troubleshooting across customer environments.
  • Assist with network projects, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Work with Layer 2 networks, LAN, wireless, and firewall technologies.

  • Shadow and support a Senior Network Engineer on more complex issues and projects.
  • Travel to customer sites where required to support installations or troubleshooting.
  • Build documentation and develop best-practice troubleshooting skills.
  • Actively develop technical skills and progress toward more responsibility over time.
Skills / Must Have:
  • A genuine interest in networking and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, switching, wireless, firewalls).
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a long-term journey.
  • Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to travel when required.

Nice to Have (but not essential):
  • CCNA or working toward it.
  • Exposure to HPE Aruba or Cisco Meraki.
