We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a managed services organisation on a contract basis in Wokingham. The successful candidate will provide timely support for joiner, leaver, and break-fix swap-out requests, whilst also supporting general warehouse activity and a high-volume device refresh programme alongside day-to-day BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service tickets within customer-supplied ITSM, adhering to SLAs throughout
- Update customer and internal systems manually to ensure both platforms remain aligned at all times
- Process joiner, leaver, and break-fix requests in a timely manner, ensuring next business day delivery
- Move items in and out of stock, maintaining accurate CMDB records at all times
- Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning process on each device prior to shipment
- Schedule deliveries and collections directly with end customers
- Update tickets with tracking information, asset details, and progress updates
- Clean and grade devices returning to the warehouse
- Manage warranty claims with Microsoft, including logging and tracking return-to-base warranty calls
- Feed progress, issues, and SLA performance into the SDM for weekly customer review
- Support the warehouse team with configuration of customer refresh devices (high-volume laptop shipments of up to 500 units per week, running alongside the BAU service)
- Assist the warehouse team with general requirements during quieter periods
