Our client is a Ruckus Elite Partner and Cisco Premier Partner — a specialist technology business with a strong and growing wireless practice. Their customer base is genuinely varied: large event venues, major retail names, modern warehouse and logistics facilities, and manufacturing environments where robots, picking devices, and scanning tech all need to stay reliably connected.
They're looking for a Wireless Pre-Sales Consultant to be the technical authority in the sales process — producing HLDs, building BOMs, and designing solutions across the widest wireless vendor portfolio you'll find anywhere. 80% wireless, 20% switching and security. Fully remote. Open budget for the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead wireless pre-sales engagements — from initial scoping through to HLD and BOM production.
- Design wireless solutions across a range of environments: event spaces, warehouses, manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
- Solve complex wireless challenges — robots, picking and scanning devices, dense deployments, high-mobility environments.
- Work across switching and security where required (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Support the sales team as the trusted technical voice in customer conversations.
- Engage with a multi-vendor portfolio — recommend the right solution for the environment, not just the default vendor.
