We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions within a large enterprise transformation programme.
In this role, you will lead technical delivery across Salesforce platforms, working closely with Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical delivery across Salesforce development workstreams
- Support solution design, sprint planning, and task breakdown activities
- Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
- Coordinate integrations and API alignment across multiple teams
- Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and technical issues
- Mentor junior developers and support Agile delivery processes
- Strong Salesforce development experience across declarative and programmatic development
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience leading Salesforce projects and delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce architecture
- Experience with Git or similar version control tools
- Experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments
- Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership skills
- Duration: 6 months
