We’re hiring a Junior / Developing Service Desk Manager for a growing MSP where progression is real, not promised.

This role exists because the current Service Desk Manager is being promoted — and they’ll mentor you as you step into leadership. If you’re a Senior Engineer, Team Lead, or an aspiring Manager, this is your chance to move into management with support.

Support day-to-day Service Desk operations

Salary: up to £45,000 basic
