We're working with a fast-growing connectivity provider to find a Technical Sales Lead who can bridge the gap between pre-sales and sales. You'll be the trusted technical voice in front of customers, shaping long-term infrastructure deals and ensuring solutions align with both technical requirements and commercial goals. This is an opportunity to join a business that has doubled in headcount over the past three years, is backed by a major investment group, and is winning large-scale projects across the UK, including MOD environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with the business development team to define solutions and win new deals
- Leading customer workshops and technical discovery sessions
- Producing HLDs, LLDs, and clear proposals tailored to customer needs
- Working with vendors such as Ruckus and Cambium on joint solutions
- Acting as the first technical point of contact for customers from engineers to C-Suite
- Supporting commercial modelling for CAPEX and OPEX-based solutions
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in technical pre-sales or solutions design
- Experience across Ruckus and Cambium or similar P2P Wireless Solutions
- Commercial mindset – able to translate technical solutions into business value
- Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Eligible for Baseline Security Clearance
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of wireless solutions, network security or public sector environments
- LAN, WAN, enterprise networks, SD-WAN and MPLS
- Vendor experience with Ruckus, Fortinet or Cisco
