We're partnering with a specialist technology integrator that delivers high-quality, complex network solutions for premium clients across the UK and Europe. They're now looking to appoint a Network Engineering Manager to take ownership of network design, technical leadership, and project delivery.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for a senior engineer who wants to lead on design and innovation without extensive people management on a day to day basis.

The Role
/n
As Network Manager, you'll act as the senior technical authority across network projects, working closely with design and operations teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
/n
Key responsibilities include:
/n
/n
- Leading and validating network designs end to end
/n
- Designing, building, configuring, and implementing networks
/n
- Translating business and service requirements into technical solutions
/n
- Driving technical standards, best practices, and innovation
/n
- Client Facing and Providing Solutions
/n
- Remaining hands-on within a small, highly skilled engineering team
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
Essential:
/n
/n
- Strong Routing & Switching experience
/n
- Cisco-focused background
/n
- Wireless Experience Needed
/n
- Previous Management Experience
/n
- Proven experience operating at senior or lead engineer level
/n
- Confidence owning designs and leading technical delivery
/n
/n
Desirable:
/n
/n
- Firewall experience (Palo Alto or Fortinet)
/n
- Wireless (Ekahau), SIP/Voice
/n
- WAN connectivity
/n
- CCNP (Valid or Expired)
/n
/n
Package & Benefits
