Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for complex Aruba wireless environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced wireless performance, roaming, and stability issues.
  • Support and improve enterprise WLAN architectures across multiple sites.
  • Work closely with network and security teams to ensure wireless aligns with wider infrastructure standards.
  • Contribute to wireless design improvements, optimisations, and best practices.
  • Assist with ClearPass-related troubleshooting and policy enforcement where required.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for wireless-related incidents and problems.

Skills / Must Have:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless in enterprise environments.
  • Proven capability operating at 3rd line wireless support level.
  • Solid understanding of WLAN design principles, RF fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting secure wireless networks in regulated or sensitive environments.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).

Nice to Have:

  • Aruba ClearPass experience.
  • Aruba certifications (ACMP, ACSP, etc.).
  • Experience working across multi-site or nationally distributed estates.
