We are recruiting for an experienced Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-paced Managed Services provider that delivers cutting-edge UC solutions across multiple industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, law, and petrochemical sectors.

You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role, as a senior engineer — ensuring continuity and driving forward innovative collaboration support for enterprise clients.

About the Role:
As the UC Engineer, you’ll be a key escalation point for complex incidents and support, with a strong focus on Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex. You’ll work on varied projects, from upgrading Cisco UC infrastructure to implementing hybrid environments that integrate Microsoft Teams, Contact Centres, and WebEx.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support (2nd Line) across Cisco Unified Communications platforms including CallManager, Unity, Presence, Webex, UCCX, Expressway, and Voice Gateways.
Assist on projects implementations, migrations, and upgrades for enterprise clients.
Collaborating across technical, sales, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience with Cisco UC (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, Webex).
Expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice and Teams Administration.
Collaboration Certifications would be a nice to have: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE Collaboration, MCSE, Microsoft Teams Voice certification.
Proven track record resolving complex UC issues
Experience in Contact Centre technologies (Enghouse Touchpoint or similar) is advantageous.

You do NOT need experience with all of the above, the client can be flexible.
