TSOM/BHOM Engineer (SC Cleared) – Inside IR35 – Hybrid – 6 Month Contract

Are you an experienced TSOM/BHOM Engineer with active SC Clearance? Our client, a leading UK utilities company, is seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance their TrueSight Operations Management (TSOM) and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) platforms.

This 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension, offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge IT operations management solutions, integrating AI-driven monitoring, automation, and performance optimisation. The role requires a hybrid working model, with three days per week onsite in Wokingham.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 3 operational support for TrueSight Operations Management (TSOM) and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) in line with agreed SLAs.
2. Implement, customise, and configure BMC products to meet business and operational requirements.
3. Perform patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance to keep environments secure and up to date.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
5. Work with the latest BMC product versions, migration tools, and BMC Helix, ensuring effective implementation and operational stability.

What you ideally will bring:

1. Strong experience in BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, and Patrol, with a proven ability to configure, maintain, and optimise these tools.
2. Hands-on experience providing L3 operational support for TSOM and BHOM, ensuring platform stability and availability.
3. Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
4. Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
5. Experience with patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance to ensure security and compliance.
6. Active SC Clearance.

Contract Details:

1. Duration: 6 months
2. Location: Wokingham 3x Per Week/Remote
3. Daily Rate: Up to GBP450 Per Day (Inside IR35)
