You will join a fast-growing experienced fibre engineering team concentrating on backbone installations. The role is working on the network build on multiple networks across the Midlands.
You’ll:

  • As a Trainee Fibre Engineer, you’ll be part of a team with vast experience in fibre engineering, providing you with invaluable on-the-job training.
  • You’ll be directly involved in the installation of new build networks, both underground (UG) and overhead (OH), contributing to the expansion of critical infrastructure.
  • You’ll gain expertise in splicing small, medium, and large joints, ensuring the network’s reliability.
  • You’ll have hands-on experience in testing using an OTDR or IOLM and working with fibre cabling.
