Contracting role based in Swindon (Hybrid, 2 days in office) for a 12-month engagement within the financial services sector. You will design and deliver secure, scalable AWS-based contact centre solutions covering voice, chat, IVR, and assisted service - including integrations with customer applications and LivePerson - working directly with stakeholders to enhance customer experience across an omnichannel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect-based omnichannel contact centre solutions including contact flows, IVR, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences
- Develop Back End integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and REST APIs
- Implement AI/ML-driven automation using Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, Transcribe, and Kendra
- Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and DevOps practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise production environments in line with enterprise standards and cloud best practices
What You Will Ideally Bring:
