Are you a senior communications engineer who wants to work on in-building and mobile connectivity at one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs? A specialist communications engineering and managed services business is looking for a Senior Engineer to join its team on a permanent, on-site basis at Heathrow. This is a senior technical role for an experienced engineer who can work independently and take ownership of technical delivery on a complex, high-profile site. DMR experience is not required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical engineering work on site at Heathrow to a high standard
- Take ownership of installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis across communications infrastructure
- Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the engineering and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records and follow the correct processes, guidelines and safety requirements
- Support colleagues and share technical knowledge as a senior member of the team
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a senior communications, wireless, mobile or telecoms engineer
- Background in in-building or mobile connectivity technologies (such as DAS, RF over fibre or small cells)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery on site
- Able to work on site at Heathrow on a permanent basis
Strong Differentiators
- Hands-on experience with distributed antenna systems (DAS)
- Experience with RF over fibre and small cell deployments
- Experience on large, operationally critical or transport sites
- Strong fault diagnosis and documentation habits
