SAP HCM Consultant (HR & Payroll)- 6 months | UK/Ireland
We're recruiting for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join a dynamic IT Service Delivery team, supporting HR and Payroll areas of SAP systems that underpin critical business functions for a leading organisation. You'll collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders across day-to-day operations and projects, providing subject matter expertise across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and UK & Irish Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for the customer's SAP systems
- Provide end-user support for SAP S/4HANA & SAP Cloud applications, and UK & Irish Payroll
- Provide support for SAP HR & Payroll modules
- Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business
- Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required
- Identify potential process improvement opportunities across the SAP landscape
- Liaise with stakeholders on specification, development, and testing of enhancements/modifications to the SAP solution
