We are seeking an experienced and security-cleared SharePoint Administrator to join a global technology services organisation on a 12-month hybrid contract based in London (3 days per week on-site). The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating NDA content to SharePoint and taking overall ownership of the administration function, combining hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder engagement and helpdesk escalation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain PowerShell scripts on the SharePoint administration server and across the wider environment, based on requests from the product team.
- Transfer files from file Servers to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams as part of the ongoing content migration programme.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, pages, and document libraries, administering the platform end-to-end.
- Act as an L4 escalation point, supporting L1/L2 helpdesk teams by picking up and resolving complex technical issues arising from end user tickets.
- Run life cycle reports to identify and clean up old site collections and perform general platform maintenance.
- Interact with end users and stakeholders to help define and implement SharePoint management processes.
- Implement SharePoint workflows.
