We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join a global technology services organisation on a fully office-based contract in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform whilst leading a team of developers, combining strong technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organisational goals.
- Oversee the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets organisational needs and supports effective service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Review business processes to leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document ITSM policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Drive the technical implementation of new ServiceNow AI offerings, including Now Assist, Agentic workflows, and AI Control Tower.
