One of the largest growing Alt Nets in the UK is looking for Service Delivery Engineers to join their team.
Your focus will be to install and service their overhead and underground network using Openreach’s PIA network. You will be involved in network maintenance, including the installation of CBTs, and strive to resolve customer/network outages, acting as a supply network.

- Work on customer residential installations, assisting with overhead and underground cabling and CBT installations.
- Follow procedures for fibre splicing and testing at various points during installation.
- Install fibre cables and CBTs, adhering to Openreach’s PIA policies.
- Fault find using OTDR back to exchanges.
- Perform minor civils works, including blockage clearances when needed.
- Maintain health and safety standards across sites.
- Minimum 1 year experience in fibre installations.
- Experience with overhead and underground cabling and installations.
- Previous experience fault finding with OTDR.
- Experience working on the Openreach or PIA network.
- BT Accreditations (SA001/SA002/S7/S8) are desirable.
- Salary up to £34,000 per annum.
- Annual bonus of up to 30% of salary.
