We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global technology services organisation on a 12-month hybrid contract based in London (3 days per week on-site), starting 1st August 2026. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across the Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, delivering scalable solutions in close collaboration with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud based on low-level designs provided by the Technical Lead or Architect.
- Work on Agentforce implementation, designing AI-driven agent experiences, automation flows, prompts, actions, and Salesforce data integrations.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support customer data unification, segmentation, activation, identity resolution, and Real Time data usage.
- Develop, configure, and support Service Cloud capabilities including case management, omni-channel routing, entitlements, milestones, knowledge, and service process automation.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Middleware, event-driven architecture, and platform events.
