- Your role will be working with the Commercial Director, Contracts Director & Financial Director and your primary focus will be to manage costs and suggest cost-saving methods across the group.
- You will be required to complete cost analysis and risk reports based on trends in the market as well as in the business.
- Due to the nature of the contracts you will be reconciling Paye, subcontracting, & self-employed costs to the contract.
- You should expect to complete cost reports & forecasts for each sector of the business & the group as a whole.
- For this role, you will need a BSc in Quantity Surveying as a minimum.
- The vast majority of the group runs projects in the civil engineering space so you must have a minimum of 5 years experience within the sector.
- You will need to have good communication skills to liaise with clients & contractors as well as C-Suite.
- The salary goes up to £70,000
