We're looking for a Senior/Principal Technology Resilience Consultant to support organisations with complex operational and technology resilience challenges. You'll work closely with senior leadership teams, regulators, and technology stakeholders to design, deliver, and embed resilience strategies across highly regulated and critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex technology and operational resilience programmes across multiple sectors.
- Support clients with regulatory compliance across global resilience frameworks and standards.
- Design and implement enterprise resilience frameworks, operating models, and transformation programmes.
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial performance.
- Lead resilience assessments, impact tolerance setting, and scenario testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of cyber, privacy, third-party and regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, NIS, etc.) is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in technology, operational, or enterprise resilience roles.
- Deep understanding of global operational resilience regulation and compliance frameworks.
- Experience delivering resilience regulatory compliance programmes, ideally within financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
