We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle HCM transformation programme. In this role, you'll act as Functional Lead and Solution Owner across a multi-phase implementation covering Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time Labour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation, working as a trusted advisor to business, HR, and programme leadership throughout design, delivery, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall Oracle Fusion HCM functional solution across the programme, acting as primary functional authority for all HCM business processes and product capabilities.
- Lead functional discovery workshops, business process reviews, and future-state operating model discussions, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, security design, and system architecture, supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new Oracle Fusion HCM features and quarterly updates.
