Are you a cyber security professional who enjoys shaping strategy, influencing clients, and designing real-world security solutions? This is an opportunity to join a large, highly respected IT services provider investing heavily in its UK cyber security capability. You’ll sit within a growing security practice and play a key role in helping organisations strengthen their security posture against an evolving threat landscape.
The Role
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to design, challenge, and deliver end-to-end cyber security solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll engage customers through workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and strategic conversations — translating business needs into effective security outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cyber security pre-sales engagements from discovery to solution design
- Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions and client workshops
- Design solutions across modern security services (SASE, SSE, SIEM, MDR/EDR)
- Collaborate with Cloud, Networking, and wider Pre-Sales teams
- Support posture assessments, gap analysis, and security roadmaps
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in Pre-Sales within an MSP / reseller environment
- Strong understanding of incident response and security operations
- Experience with endpoint detection and threat management solutions
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27002, NIST CSF, CIS, NCSC CAF
- Confident advising customers on compliance-driven security design
