We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will be confident in troubleshooting, device imaging, and providing both onsite and remote support within a corporate IT environment.

Key Details:

  • Location: Feltham/Bristol/Gloucester/Cardiff (5 days per week on-site)
  • Rate: £200 - £300 PD
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Clearance: Active SC Clearance
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Image, configure, and deploy end-user devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, and common enterprise applications
  • Handle tickets via ServiceNow/Remedy and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support basic network connectivity and VOIP issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalations
  • Maintain documentation and standard procedures

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and MS Office
  • Familiar with O365, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Experience with imaging tools and device refresh projects
