Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to join their dynamic team on a 6-month rolling contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a high-profile transformation programme within a complex SAP landscape.
This role requires 2-3 days per week onsite at the client's Cambridge office, offering a collaborative environment within a globally recognised brand.
Responsibilities:- Engage with business stakeholders to determine their supply chain needs, and design tailored SAP SCM solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Architect end-to-end SCM solutions that integrate seamlessly with the wider SAP and IT landscape.
- Drive the standardisation of supply chain processes, promoting best practices across the enterprise.
- Identify and deliver corporate enablers to support ongoing supply chain optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SAP systems, ensuring robust functionality, scalability, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Lead configuration and integration efforts across core SAP modules including MM, PP, and SD.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, offering insight, guidance, and hands-on expertise throughout the solution life cycle.
- Demonstrable experience as an SAP SCM Consultant within complex, global organisations.
- Strong functional knowledge across the SAP SCM suite, with proven solution design experience.
- Adept at translating business requirements into scalable, supportable SAP processes.
- Comfortable operating in a mixed onsite/remote environment, and collaborating across regions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
