We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions within a large enterprise transformation programme. In this role, you will lead technical delivery across Salesforce platforms, working closely with Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery across Salesforce development workstreams
  • Support solution design, sprint planning, and task breakdown activities
  • Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
  • Coordinate integrations and API alignment across multiple teams
  • Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and technical issues
  • Mentor junior developers and support Agile delivery processes
