Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Data Centre Infrastructure (Spanish Speaker) City of London, Liverpool Street | Unlimited Commission If you speak fluent Spanish, we’ll show you how to turn it into a career. We’re growing our EU team and looking for a Spanish speaker to join us and recruit into the Spanish data centre market. Most new recruiters have to work out a market from scratch. You’ll join an established EU team, learn from consultants already working in the region, and have a language edge that most recruiters in London don’t. The role You’ll run your own desk and manage the process from first contact to placement: * Finding and approaching data centre and infrastructure professionals across Spain, in Spanish, and learning what motivates them * Working with clients to understand what each role needs * Managing interviews, feedback, negotiation and offers * Building your knowledge of the data centre, networking and IT infrastructure market * Working to individual targets, with commission that rises as you do What you get * A full training programme, a mentor and access to The HB Hub * Live roles from day one, plus a team that shares deals through our split-deal structure * Uncapped commission, monthly incentive clubs and overseas trips for high performers * Hours that work for you: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and a 3:00pm finish on Fridays * A City office with an on-site gym and regular team socials and incentives! Who we’re looking for No recruitment experience is needed. You might be a graduate, or come from sales, hospitality or another customer-facing job. You must be fluent in Spanish. What matters is that you: * Are fluent in Spanish and comfortable holding a business conversation on the phone * Are motivated by targets and want your pay to reflect your results * Can talk to all sorts of people and build rapport quickly * Stay organised and keep going when a week doesn’t go your way * Want to learn fast and take ownership of your own desk About Hamilton Barnes We started in a cupboard office in 2014 with two founders and a focus on network engineering recruitment.
