We are looking for an experienced Pre-sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UKI. As a customer-focused technical expert, you will play a critical role in partnership with our sales and technical team to enhance our products and service offering to our channel partners. By combining technical expertise and commercial awareness, you will help us build customer confidence and maximise sales in the B2B space whilst offering guidance and support to the internal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales by identifying B2B customer needs, conducting surveys, training, events, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver high-level training focused on SMB solutions for sales and technical teams.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for key customers and large networking projects (remote and on-site).
  • Understand customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers on project scoping, documentation, and delivery follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to shape technical messaging and content.
  • Suggest new ways to improve pre-sales support across sectors like ISP, public sector, MSP, and VAR.
